Abstract
A summary of the building physical parameters assumed in modelling the building stock typologies. The studied typologies are offices, schools, elderly homes and multi-residential family. The parameters included in the dataset are window to wall ratio, internal heat gains, envelope performance, thermal mass, orientation, ventilation flow rates and operative temperature. The modelled typologies (150.000 building energy models) were used in the sizing of the hybridGEOTABS components, as well as quantifying the energy performance and the environmental impact of the system.
