Abstract
The institutional agreement’s draft between Switzerland and the EU contains State aid regulations which are based upon the EU’s State aid law. Were it to enter into force, the agreement would apply to five of the already existing sectorial agreements, as well as to all prospective market access agreements between Switzerland and the EU. It will first and foremost have an impact on the air transport agreement the and free trade agreement.
