Abstract
The iteroselective all-but-one carbamatation methodology has been successfully extended to homooxacalix-arenes and used for the selective and controlled synthesis of homooxacalixarenemonoquinones and calixarenemonoquinones. These moquinone derivatives constitute interesting molecular platforms that, until now, were inaccessible through any efficient means.
