Abstract
Service cheques subsidized by the Belgian government create 132.000 jobs (full- or part-time) mostly for unschooled workers. The system is criticized by prof Ive Marx because too expensive; because part of the workers are not of Belgian origin; and a number of them had previously other jobs.
Keywords
