Negative reviews on TripAdvisor: a cross-linguistic analysis

Abstract
In our case study negative reviews on TripAdvisor in English, Italian and Dutch have been analyzed. Negative reviews’ characteristics will be presented, paying attention to the main topics of (negative) evaluation and discursive features. We will point out both language-specific traits and shared tendencies that emerge in the three languages under examination.
