- Abstract
- We present results from a multi-wavelength observing campaign of a sample of post-starburst galaxies. The origin and redshift evolution of the bimodal galaxy color distribution is at the focus of current extragalactic and cosmological research. Post-starburst galaxies have just experienced a strong and abruptly truncated starburst, causing them to evolve across the color gap. This makes them prune targets for studying the physical processes that govern the galaxy color biomodality.
