Optical tweezers : a tool for the stability investigation of double emulsions

Abstract
We developed a setup combining optical trapping and milifluidics enabling time-dependent tracking of a single particle in double emulsions. Changing the particle’s environment allows us to characterize the dynamics and stability of the trapped particle.
