- Abstract
- A newly designed low-power high-voltage ASIC for driving reflective bistable flat panel displays is presented. Its unique architecture, the numerous implemented operation modes, and the 100V driving capability make this driver chip extremely suitable as a tool for the development of new low-power mobile display systems. It allows the system developer to design and optimize the addressing scheme for a wide variety of reflective bistable LCDs in order to achieve maximum optical performance at minimum power consumption.
