An overview of fuzzy filters for noise reduction

Abstract
In this paper we give an overview of existing fuzzy filters for image noise reduction. The paper is a sequal to our overview of classical and fuzzy-classical filters [3], and can be seen as a preparation to our comparative study of classical and fuzzy filters for image noise reduction [4].
