  abstract     = {{In France, the age of retirement was raised from 60 to 62 by the Sarkozy government, taking effect July 2011. In Q1 of 2012 unemployment has risen for all male age categories, and most for the group 15-24 years, except for women.These figures do not confirm the prediction by policymakers and experts of the business community, that raising the age of pension would create more jobs. The net result of this raise are lower costs and higher net corporate profit; government deficit will decrease since unemployed are cheaper than pensions. The new government-Hollande has restored pension at 60 for workers who started at 18-19 years; maternity leave and 2 quarters of unemployment are counted as working period. The cost for Social Security per person is minor.}},
