Quality management In European public sector organizations: an empirical study of factors affecting Tqm maturity

- This study examines the factors that affect the maturity of quality management within European public sector organizations, based on an large scale international study. Using innovation and management literature, hypotheses were developed and tested in 296 government organizations. The degree of internal motivation, the strategic alignment, quality experience, coercion imposed by politicians, communication and training have an impact on the TQM maturity.
