abstract
This paper is devoted to the problem of romantic aesthetics and its relation with the philosophy of Deep Ecology. It is difficult to compare the philosophical currents (expressed in scientific writings) and romanticism, which was an aesthetic current. Romanticism was expressed mainly in the artistic writings. The main aim of this article is to find the answer to the question: can the Romantics represent the environmental philosophy (Environmentalism and Deep Ecology) of 19th century.
