- Abstract
- This thesis explores the translation embodied knowledge into virtual worlds using emerging technologies, within the context of Practicing Odin Teatret’s Archive training trasmisssion, interactivity and creativity (POTA) research project. The work combines creative practice with critical inquiry, blending performance studies, human-computer interaction, computer graphics, and dramaturgy. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, the project investigates how intangible qualities like movement, voice, and affect can shape immersive experiences, while also examining the role of cocreation in diverse teams. The thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters that were originally published as co-authored papers, a chapter on complementary projects, and a general discussion.
