Project: Investigation of reduced hop products for the development of light stable beer.

The project aims at a thorough study of reduced hop products and their applications in the brewery. Thus, the analysis of extracts on the basis of reduced iso-alpha-acids should be optimized. the light stability of reduced hop products will examined in detail with respect to the quality assurance of beers produced using such products.
