Project: A molecular and genetic study of plant/nematode interactions.
- project duration
- 01-OCT-93 – 31-DEC-99
- Sedentary plant-parasitic nematodes induce specialised feeding sites in the roots that they infect. The aim of this project is to isolate and analyse Arabidopsis thaliana mutants that are resistent to nematode infection and to characterize nematode induced genes by promotor tagging.
