Project: Evaluation of raw materials for the preparation of fruit juice drinks and quality control of the end products by chemical analysis.

Based on some relevant chemical parameters, which are difficult to manipulate, the fruit juiice content of the different fruit juice drinks may be calculated. For the fruit juice industry it is important to buy raw materials which have a high content for these parameters. Based on these parameters the quantity of raw material is calculated in order to obtain fruit juice drinks with a minimum fruit juice content, as legally required.
