Project: CFD Study of a 11FR Dual Lumen Gambro Catheter.

- The aim of the project is to simulate the blood flow through a double lumen hemodialysis catheter using computational techniques, both in near-wall position as centrally located in a host vein. The simulation will serve to evaluate the behaviour of dialysis catheters under steady flow conditions by rendering the following parameters: blood velocities, pressures, flow patterns, shear rates and stresses and recirculation flows.
