Project QUALMAT: Quality of maternal and prenatal care: bridging the know-do gap.

Abstract

The project wants to improve the quality of maternal and prenatal care by increasing staff motivation through a system of performance based incentives and through a computerized clinical decision support system. The project is coordinated by the University of Heidelberg and is implemented by a consortium of 6 partners in three African countries: Burkina Faso, Ghana and Tanzania.
