Project: Evaluation of extension actions about the EU label system for beef

The aim of the evaluation is to find out the effect of an advertising programme for beef. The idea is to develop some quantified results. These results will be completed by qualitative evaluation, oriented towards a future advertising policy. The evaluation comprises six steps: sampling method, questionnaire composition, testing, implementation, analysis of data and reporting.
