Project: A challenging solar cell concept - the skillful intercalation of a nanostructured semiconductor by an Extremely thin copper(indium)sulphide Absorber ('ETA').

- Thin film organic solar cells (Grätzel cells) have many attractive features, but also some obvious disadvantages. In this project, the feasibility of such a solar cell type will be investigated, with nanostructured TiO2 (as the Grätzel cells) or ZnO, but with inorganic thin absorber (for better stability), in ann all-solid-state structure (no electrolytes for better reliability).
