The HECTOR project aims to establish a platform for collaboration between the scientific community, consumer associations, and 13 catering-related enterprises, including 7 small to medium sized enterprises, so as to analyse practices of European catering enterprises and assess food types and quantities provided and to understand the characteristics and determinants of out-of-home dietary patterns.
