Project: Molecular architecture of environmental adaptation in natural populations of the nematode Ceanorhabditis elegans (NEMADAPT)
2010-01-01 – 2014-12-31
- Abstract
Our project will address the process of environmental adaptation in all int different aspects, ranging from evolutionary to phenotypic responses over associated trade-offs to the underlyning genomic as well as transcriptomic architecture. Our direct objectives are:
1. to evaluate the importance of two adaptive responses
2. to measure the associated life-history trade-offs
3. to elucidate the underlyning genomic architecture.
