Abstract

The WHO Collaborating Centre (CC) will coordinate studies related the field of anthelmintic drug efficacy against human Soil Transmitted Helminths. The CC will develop appropriate technology and methodologies for anthelminthic drug efficacy monitoring and control programmes. The WHO CC will also identify and establish guidelines for the different confounding factors which may affect anthelmintic efficacy and collect suspected resistant strains.
