Project: A new paradigm for the service process in queueing systems, with applications in computer and communication networks

- The focus of the project is on a new class of queueing models where the traditional notion of “service time” is replaced by two new notions of “service demand” and “service capacity”. The service demand represents the amount of work that a customer requires, while the service capacity reflects the amount of work that can be processed in a time unit.
