Project: Equilibrium and non-equilibrium thermodynamics of the quark-gluon plasma.

- The purpose of this project is to describe the QCD thermodynamics just above the deconfinement temperature using a phenomenological model, which is based on robust lattice data. From heavy ion experiments, we know that the quark-gluon plasma is strongly coupled for T_c < T < 5T_c, and that it behaves like an ideal fluid. We aim to obtain this behaviour from our phenomenological model.
