Project: Effectiveness of a multi-factorial intervention for the promotion of physical activity in preschool children

Recent investigation showed the importance of physical activity in young children. The main goal is to develop and evaluate an intervention to promote physical activity in children through the preschool setting. This intervention is directed at the promotion of structured and unstructured physical activity in preschool and physical activity at home and at the lowering of sedentary behaviour in both settings.
