Project: A novel function of urokinase plasminogen activator as a ligand for natural killer receptors: exploration of receptor biology and implications in tumor immunity
- project duration
- 01-JAN-07 – 31-DEC-10
- This project is a fundamental study of the regulation of innate lymphocytes, including natural killer cells as well as 'innate' T lymphocytes located in the epidermis and intestinal epithelium. The effect of urokinase plaminogen activator on the cytotoxicity and cytokine production of these innate lymphocytes will be studied.
