Abstract

The role of the T-cells in the protective immunity will be investigated. The purpose is to identify and to characterise T-cell reactionsand also to study the interaction between lymphocytes and antigens of different stages of the parasite. Furthermore the T-cell subpopulations involved and the antigens responsiblefor stimulation and/or suppression of lymphocytes will be identified
