Project: The three-dimensional architecture of the nucleus in relation with gene replication and cell differentiation.

- Non radio-active fluorescence in situ hybridisation will be used with confocal scanning lasermicroscopy to localise genes in interphase nuclei of Arabidopsis thaliana. The migration of gene products (mRNA and proteins) will be followed by microinjection of fluorescence labelled RNA and protein.
