Project: Upgrade of the liquid handling arm of the Tecan Freedom Evo robot from four to eight channels

abstract
Recently, we introduce a four-channels robot to automate the sample preparation steps in proteomic experiments. This upgrade will allow the use the robot for the novo sequence analysis of gel free separated proteins (multi-LC) isolated from organisms having no database information. The upgrade will also allow to automate a novel method for high-throughput analysis of C-terminal proteolytic processing events.
