Abstract

This project aims to present solutions for the problem of operator variability of solid-phase extractions and the reduced detection probability resulting from the massive amount of data in a toxicological profiling analysis through automation and a more systematic approach of the first and last step in the extraction-analysis-interpretation chain. We will investigate the potential of a transfer of SPE methods to an automated solid-phase extractor (including revalidation) as well as the use of computerized libraries and search routines.
