abstract
The organisation of a Quality Control on food of animal origin for the OCMW, Bruges. In cooperation with Dr. V. Blatton, lab of clinical chemistry a scheme for quality surveillance will be set up. Next to some simple but efficient tests also the presence of residues of anabolics in beef, sold to the AZ St-Jan will be determined.
