Project: CoRe²_Circular Use of Step-Growth End-of-Life Polymers for Monomer/Oligomer Recover and Re-use

Abstract

General purpose The objective is to better reuse carbon skeletons from the main condensation polymers. Therefore The project is looking for catalysts and reaction procedures that allow a larger fraction of the waste polymer mass upgrade to high-quality polymers and monomers. The strategy includes lower temperature catalyzed depolymerization, efficient, model-assisted repolymerization, one-pot polymer-to-polymer conversion, and conversion of less valuable monomers to high value components.
