- The goal of this research is to find a way to quantify the degree of entanglement of a quantum state and apply those results to various topics in quantum information theory (teleportation, error correction, etc.). Then we investigate whether it's possible to stimulate a quantum computer on a classical computer using Monte Carlo techniques.
