- The formation of semiconductor/metal contacts is studied by electrochemical (rotating disk- and cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and impedance measurements) and surface techniques (AFM, STM and BEEM). The results obtained during the research, combined with those obtained for other semiconductor/metal systems should result in a better understanding and optimising of the electrochemical formation of semiconductor/metal contacts.
