Abstract

Mimicking the catalytic activity of x-chymotrypsine is a great challange. Our goal is the synthesis of peptide libraries, from which one or more members can have catalytic activity. Central to the construct is the scaffold with four functionalities: three to anchor independently from one another the peptide chains, the fourth for the attachment to the solid phase.
