Project: Immunomodulation of the cell cycle in Arabidopsis thaliana.
- project duration
- 01-OCT-99 – 30-SEP-03
- The goal of this project is to exploit immunomodulation to inhibit the cell cycle in Arabidopsis thaliana. Immunomodulation is a new technique, used to modulate the activity of a specific target molecule by means of in vivo production of a specific antibody. During this project CDC2a-specific antibodies (xFv's) will be used.
