Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find an answer on the research questions considering the reputation of the CGCCR and the needs and satisfaction of their customers and partners. It includes subjective and objective measurements of the current position as well as a generation of conceptual optimization proposals. This project was carried out in cooperation with CEMAC and ReCCCoM.
