Project: Anti-corruption strategies. Tackling of corruption and manipulation in the fight against hormone treatment and meat fraude : a case-study.

The main objective of the study is to elaborate anti corruption strategies for the meat sector. In the first place the organization of the meat sector (the meat production, the control departments and the regulation) is studied. Subfrequently, an analysis of the phenomenon in the meat sector took place, based on a theoretical exposé of the phenomenon corruption and manipulation. Finally, the anti corruption strategies are elaborated, in view of the studied organisation of the meat sector and the analysis of the phenomenon, by an integrated approach, also based on a theoretical study.
