Project: Phthalates in food.

The aim of this study is to built up a database containing phthalates concentrations in food items available on the Belgian market. Besides, the contamination routes will be investigated in order to have knowledge on the contamination sources of the foods. Finally, the phthalate concentrations will be use to assess the phthalate intake of the Belgian population.
