Project: Permanent training of veterinary meat inspectors.

Veterinary meat inspection techniques are continuously changing National and international regulations (EEC) are implementing modern examination procedures and techniques. The programme intends to evaluate new techniques and to make these available for routine examination. The acquired knowledge will be transferred to the Institute of Veterinary Meat Inspection.
