- Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies specific for sulfonamides have already been produced. With these antibodies, an ELISA will be developed for the detection of sulfonamides in food products at their MRL-value. Therefore a convenient extraction procedure need to be optimised for meat products. The ELISA and the extraction procedure will be validated.
