Project: International Training programme “Training in Dairy Technology” - 2004

The purpose of the training is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge on the composition and processing of dairy products. Emphasis is laid on various possibilities for local processing in developing countries and on small scale processing with appropriate technology. Topics on dairy chemistry, -technology, -microbiology and -nutrition are handled, in combination with laboratory exercises, demonstrations and industrial visits.
