Project: ITP Dairy Technology - From rural to industrial level

The purpose of this training is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge on composition and processing of dairy products. Emphasis will be laid on various possiblities for local processing in developing countries and on small-scale processing with appropriate technology. Together with a fundamental scientific approach, more emphasis will be laid on the whole chain approach, starting with milk collection, transport and processing to distribution.
