Project: Integrated strategy for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of residues of antibiotics in foodstuffs of animal origin.

The aim of the project is to evidence te feasability of an integrated schreening, confirmation and quantification strategy for the detection of residues of growth-inhibiting sustances in foodstuffs of animal origin. Techniques as enzyme immunoassays, HPLC and GC-MS will be used.
