- This project involves first, the development and use of phosphoproteome methodology in studying global phosphorylation patterns in health and disease. Second, the role of phospholipids on phosporylation of actin-binding proteins. Third, TNF-induced phosphorylation of glyoxalase I affects the flux of metabolic compounds of glycolysis and signals this to a variety of cellular networks.
