- project duration
- 01-OCT-08 – 30-SEP-11
- The research project aims to theoretically build and empirically test a comprehensive model of job search behavior, integrating the Motivational Self-Regulatory Model and the Theory of Planned Behavior to identify the predictors of job search behavior. In addition, recent insights on the unfolding sequence of job search success are applied to add employment outcomes to the integrative model.
