Project: Development of diagnostic tools for the control of Trypanosoma evansi Trypanosomosis in Asia
2018-01-01 – 2023-12-31
- Abstract
Control of Trypanosoma evansi infections present in Asia needs cheap and rapid diagnosis, and test-of-cure tools. At GUGC-Korea, this project will focus on the development of (i) a nanobody-based and (ii) a LAMP-based dipstick test. In addition, we will develop of a molecular profiling set for characterization of the pathology of infection at the level of the B cell compartment.
