Project: Semiparametric mixed models for the analysis of genome wide expression data

Abstract

The objective is the development of a semiparametric mixed model for stochastic ordening of the response variable. This is basically a non or semiparametric version of the linear mixed models. They will be applied here to the analysis of genome wide expression data from a 10x10 diallel crossing scheme for distinguishing between cis and trans regulation.
