Project: A comprehensive framework and solution approach for scheduling flexible projects

- Abstract
We introduce a project scheduling problem that leverages flexibility to face the volatile project environment. Three research studies are performed. The first study suggests a comprehensive framework that includes flexibility in the scheduling process. The second study proposes advanced algorithms to design flexible project schedules. The last study investigates the impact of uncertainty on the scheduling decisions in flexible projects.
